Tina Cheema, CPT, CPPC
Tina (she/her/hers ) is a personal trainer based in Tennessee and delivering fitness services worldwide. She has been in the fitness industry for over 8 years.
Tina first became passionate about physical activity in elementary school with dance classes. She trained in several different types of dance for 15 years. As she became more serious about dance, she realized the importance of strength training, which led her to dip her toes into the fitness world. After college, Tina became an early childhood educator. Spending more than 5 years in classrooms from Louisiana to Chicago, fitness soon became her go-to stress reliever. She started attending group fitness classes, which led her to become a group fitness instructor and eventually a personal trainer.
One of the key aspects of Tina’s training services involves a lesson learned in the preschool classes she taught- the importance of relationships. Your relationships with the people around you and the relationship you have with yourself are both fortified through personal training. You’ll leave each training session feeling refreshed both physically and mentally, ready to take on the challenges of your day. Tina loves getting to know clients and celebrating milestones both big and small with them!
Tina’s training philosophy centers around using fitness as a tool to enhance the rest of your life. Whether your goal is to crawl on the floor comfortably with your grandkids, build up enough strength and endurance to hike the Appalachian Trail, or simply to become a stronger and better version of yourself, Tina is ready to help!
Recently, Tina’s own training has evolved and she competes in powerlifting. She found that powerlifting served as a catalyst for immense personal growth and increased confidence in all areas of her life. Her goal is to help you experience these same profound life changes via exercise.
